Filipino Island Fest is a celebration of Filipino culture, community, and belonging. What began as a grassroots gathering in 2023 has grown into one of the Bay Area’s largest Filipino cultural events, bringing thousands together through food, music, art, entrepreneurship, and shared experiences. This year’s theme, Rooted Here — Culture That Grounds Us. Community That Grows Us, reflects both where we come from and where we stand today. Grounded in the spirit of Bayanihan, it honors the connections, traditions, and collective strength that continue to shape our identity and future.
